Prof. Huang was invited to attend the first LMU-China Academic Network Scientific Forum and give a plenary speech - 2015.11.13

The first LMU-China Academic Network Scientific Forum was held by Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and German Academic Exchange Center (DAAD) in Ludwig Maximilians University Munich (Munich University) between Nov. 13-15, 2015. This forum was aimed at facilitating the strategic partner relationship between LMU and China’s top universities, and promoting collaborations in the fields of life science, environment and earth science, humanities and social science.

The LMU president Prof. Bernd Huber, Vice-president Prof. Hans van Ess and Chinese embassies and consulates in Munich Prof. Chongling Huang attended the forum and gave speeches. Researchers come from Fudan University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University and Renmin University of China attended this forum, which was separated into three sub-forums including 14 plenary lectures, 20 chapter reports and about 50 posters. Prof. Rongqin Huang was invited to give a plenary speech on “Nanoparticle-based drug delivery to brain tumors: Fudan University - LMU joint efforts”. She exchanged and discussed the leading topics of glioma targeting drug delivery in the field of life-science and health, and introduced the research progresses in School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Key Laboratory of Smart Drug Delivery, Ministry of Education. Prof. Huang also discussed the collaborations between LMU and Fudan University in the field of pharmacy, and looked forward to more firmly collaborations between these two Universities.
