Recently, our work “Aptavalve-gated Mesoporous Carbon Nanospheres image Cellular Mucin and provide On-demand Targeted Drug Delivery” was accepted by Theranostics. In this study, real-time imaging of cellular and tumor MUC1 for on-demand targeting drug delivery was achieved by using aptavalve-gated mesoporous carbon nanospheres, which exhibited a wide linear range, a low detection limit and a controllable release manner. This research was finished mainly by Chengyi Li.
